Scope

These terms govern use of the public StencilOS website and submission of demo requests. A studio's use of the product will be governed by a separate service agreement before activation.

Product information

We aim to keep features, prices, and availability accurate. These may evolve during the pilot. Any applicable price, promotional period, setup, migration, or service level will be confirmed in writing before subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to compromise the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, make abusive automated requests, or use the form for unsolicited messages.

Intellectual property

StencilOS is a product of neev Technologies, operated by Pixeltendency, Lda.. The brand, website design, and original content belong to their respective owner. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual-property rights.

Availability and liability

The website is provided for information and contact. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the public website.

Governing law
